HELP

Question: The "Overture Bid Amounts" tool on the left isn't working. When I enter the security code and click the Search button, nothing happens. It just refreshes and asks me to enter another code. Why doesn't this work?

Answer: This is most likely due to a security setting in your browser. Your browser may automatically block this feature. To change this setting, do the following:

For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools -> Internet Option -> Privacy -> Click on the Sites button -> See if overture.com is in the list of Managed Web Sites. If it is, select it and click Remove. Then just to be safe, type overture.com into the Address of Web site box and click Allow.
For Firefox: Go to Tools -> Options -> Click the + next to Cookies -> Click on the Exceptions button -> Find overture.com in the list of sites -> Select it and click Remove Site. Then just to be safe, type overture.com into the Address of Web site box and click Allow.

Question: The "Overture Keywords" tool on the right isn't working. When I enter my keywords and click Go, nothing happens on the right hand side. Why doesn't this work?

Answer: This is unfortunately a problem with Overture and is completely out of our control. Occasionally their website gets overloaded with traffic and will not return results. To solve this proble just refresh the page and enter your keywords again. It will eventually work.
